1. About these terms
By accessing blurdrive.pk or engaging Blurdrive for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
Blurdrive.pk provides digital services including web design and development, SEO, digital marketing, security, YouTube production, custom software and training. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in a signed quotation or agreement.
3. Payments
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery or per the milestone schedule in your quotation. Late payments may pause active work.
4. Ownership & licensing
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins, hosting infrastructure) which remain under their respective licences. Blurdrive retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.
5. Confidentiality
We treat everything you share with us as confidential and only share information with team members and vendors who need it to deliver your project.
6. Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Sahiwal, Punjab.
